The closing ceremonies concluded as the Mayor of Vancouver passed the Olympic flag to the Mayor of Sochi, Russia where the Winter Games will be played in 2014. The defining moment for Canada will perhaps be the Olympics hockey finals, a great finish to the 2010 games.
