Ben Roethlisberger Sexual Assault

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused again of sexual assault. The latest victim is said to be a 20-year-old female student from Georgia College and State University. The alleged incident occurred Friday morning at a night club in Milledgeville Georgia, which is not far from Roethlisberger’s home. The Milledgeville Georgia police have interviewed and released Roethlisberger with no charges being laid at this time. Back in 2009 Ben Roethlisberger was accused of sexual assault by another woman, this time in Reno Nevada. The alleged rape took place in 2008 at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe. In that case Roethlisberger denies any wrong doing, stating that his accuser planned to seduce him when she came to his hotel room that night, and that she was a willing participant at all times. The case in Nevada is now being pursued in civil court.

The latest incident is said to have taken place in a bathroom at Capitol City which is a local night club frequented by young adults in Milledgeville. The young lady filed a report with an officer between 2:30 and 3:00 AM naming Ben Roethlisberger as her attacker. Although Roethlisberger has been released the Milledgeville police have stated that their investigation is far from over. The Pittsburgh Steelers are aware of the accusations against Ben Roethlisberger and have not released any comments at this time.
