Tennessee Titans @ Indianapolis Colts

Online sportsbook favorite: Colts -6.5
After starting 0-6, the Titans, now 5-6, suddenly find themselves in what some feel is the game of the week. Vince Young hasn’t lost since taking over as the starting quarterback and the Titans are running wild on opponents. Chris Johnson hit the 800-yard mark in November, becoming the first player in 39 years to amass that much rushing yardage in a month. Even though the Titans are hot as can be and Vince Young is maturing into a legit passer, I don’t like their NFL betting odds for Sunday. The undefeated Colts are playing at home and, in becoming the first team to win five straight games when trailing in the fourth quarter, have shown that no lead is safe against them. Peyton Manning torched Tennessee’s secondary once already this season and should do it again.
Pick: Colts -6.5
Philadelphia Eagles @ Atlanta Falcons

Online sportsbook favorite: Eagles -5.5
Um, am I missing something here? The Falcons are without their starting quarterback and left tackle and most likely without their starting running back. How on Earth can Chris Redman and Jerious Norwood keep Atlanta within 5.5 points of Philadelphia? This looks like a piece of cake for the Eagles.

Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants
Sunday, December 6, 4:15 p.m. ET
Online sportsbook favorite: Cowboys -2.5
This is a tough game to handicap in your NFL picks. On one hand, the Giants are reeling, missing many key defensive contributors and watching helplessly as Eli Manning struggles to play through a foot injury. On the other hand, we’re in December now and Tony Romo always struggles in December. I say the Giants make things easy for Romo with Antonio Pierce and Kenny Phillips gone from the lineup. Look for Dallas to grind out a win and don’t be surprised if the Cowboys hurry and hit the hobbled Manning often.
Pick: Cowboys -2.5
