Bengals Chris Henry Car Accident
Bengals Chris Henry Car Accident
The Cincinnati Bengals star receiver was in a serious car accident Wednesday and he is currently on life support in a North Carolina hospital. Chris Henry is only 26 years old and he is suffering life-threatening injuries from this accident. Reports say that a dispute was the cause of this accident but that is yet to be confirmed.
Chris Henry is one of the Bengals talented receivers but broke his arm in a November 8th game against the Baltimore Ravens. Henry has been away from the team since breaking his arm in that game. Reports say that Henry jumped into the back of a pick-up truck while it was moving during a dispute. Reports also said that the driver of the pick-up was his un-named fiancee.
No charges have been filed against his fiancee yet but that could change as the police gather their evidence. Henry was in the final year of his contract with the Bengals before breaking his arm and he was the Bengals 3rd round pick out of West Virginia in the 2005 NFL draft. Henry’s past was not been great off the field with assault charges in 2008 but those charges were dropped. Prayers go out to Henry’s family and friends from all of us at VernonCroy.com.
