Chris Henry Dead After Car Accident

Early Updates December 16th said that Chris Henry was dead after a serious car accident but those reports are unconfirmed as of 10:30 pM EST. The Bengals Wide-Receiver was in a serious car accident Wednesday and is currently in serious condition inside a North Carolina hospital. Chris Henry’s critical care hospital room is currently being guarded by police.

Chris Henry on Life Support

Reports state that Chris Henry jumped into a moving pick-up truck during a dispute. The driver of the pick-up truck was his fiancee and no charges have been filed yet. Police found Chris Henry’s body about 1 mile down the road from where he jumped in the back of the pick-up truck. Chris Henry has not been with the Bengals since their November. 8th win over the Baltimore Ravens because he broke his arm in that game.

Chris Henry fell out of the truck bed of the moving pick-up truck and has sustained severe head damage. The 26 year old wide receiver is not dead  but he has life threatening injuries from the car accident. Reports now say that Chris Henry is on life support but that is not yet confirmed. Henry has had a checkered past with the law but hopefully this will not be his last one.

The early reports “Chris Henry Dead After Car Accident” are untrue and we can only pray for him at this time. Given the physical condition of Henry we can only hope that he can miraculously pull through his serious injuries sustained by the single vehicle accident.
