Over 216: Phoenix has decided that they can’t beat teams with defense so instead they are back to the run and gun offensive attack. So far they have been scoring at will but so have their opponents. Thus far PHO is averaging 117 pts and giving up 106 pts per game. On the other side the Heat have turned to defense to win all three games. But tonight PHO will shoot very well and push it continuously. If Miami wants to win they will have to push it as well and take advantage of the pourous PHO defense. This one will be a track meet and see both teams scoring in the 120’s. |

With this being the Lakers first road game of the season, I don’t expect them to be hitting on all cylinders. Plus, LA will likely be more concerned about Houston tomorrow night. | Think Boston is going to let up? Not with fiery Kevin Garnett, and certainly not against a division rival. The Celtics are 4-0 as the shut down the New Orleans Hornets 97-87 behind Paul Pierce’s 27 points. This team is deep, healthy and talented, outscoring opponents by 19 ppg (100-81 average). KG makes such a huge different defensively and he is playing great, back from knee surgery. Philly has a decent offense, but the defense is terrible giving up 111 ppg. Play the Celtics!
