The Bears lost their last game and missed their chance for revenge and to reach .500 as they fall to 3-6 after losing 23-16 to the Packers. Our Free NFL Prediction: The Lions have been having a shaky season but they’ve been slowly getting the wins now against the weaker opponents. Coming into this game, the story should be much of the same for Detroit as the Bears’ have been having an even worse season. Trubisky is making plays but his receivers haven’t been performing which leaves them missing scores they should have. On top of that, the injuries on both these teams are quite long with the Bears losing two cornerbacks, a defensive end, a tight end, and an offensive tackle. While the Lions will be out a linebacker, a safety, a defensive end, a safety, and a guard, while RB Dwayne Washington is questionable. I still say take the Lions to cover however because the Lions prefer to pass the ball which means the Bears’ loss of two CBs is definitely worse than the Lions’ questionable status of one RB.
